Terms of service.

**PLEASE READ** This is a Day Spa and mobile services are available within a 15 miles. Note: here will be an extra $30 charge for services at your own location. So please fill out your address on the consultation page.

Deposit is required to secure your appointment. I work only by appointment, so your deposit ensures someone will be waiting on you.

There are NO refunds on deposits or services!

No Cancellations or rescheduling less than 24hrs that will incur $15 charge to be paid before rescheduling or added to your final payment. If you are a NO SHOW you can be charged for that session. Clients can only reschedule once before 24hrs and to reschedule again there would be a $15.

IF YOU ARE 20 OR MORE MINUTES LATE YOU WILL HAVE TO RESCHEDULE!
A $15 fee will be added to your total once you are 15 min late or greater! Appointment made on the same day would incur a Squeeze in fee is $30 which would be added to final payment. If you book and don't show up you will be charged up to half of the service!

THE FOLLOWING APPLIES TO BOTH SINGLE AND PACKAGE SERVICES

All missed appointments expire 30 days after the scheduled date.

All missed appointment rescheduling can be made within 30 day grace period at no charge

All expired appointments are Non-Refundable

A new appointment is required after 30 days reschedule grace period

I make sure you have a wonderful experience and that you are seen promptly with very little to NO wait time. I understand things happen but please mindful if you are late the next client is inconvenienced & all my schedules are affected.
